Key responsibilities
- Lead development and deployment of ML models powering Hello Heart's heart health and hypertension management platform
- Define AI/ML strategy, roadmap, and technical standards for the engineering organization
- Manage and grow a team of ML engineers and data scientists
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and data teams to translate health data into predictive and personalized insights
- Drive responsible AI practices appropriate for a regulated digital health context
Requirements
- Proven experience leading ML/AI teams in a product-driven technology company
- Strong hands-on ML engineering background (modeling, experimentation, production deployment)
- Experience working with health, behavioral, or sensor data at scale
