Key Responsibilities
- Lead team in design and development of scalable GenAI-powered software applications
- Rapidly develop and iterate on new features informed by model evaluation results
- Translate DeepMind/Google AI research into shippable product features in partnership with researchers and PMs
- Architect and own new products from concept to production (0-to-1)
- Champion engineering best practices for GenAI application development and deployment
- Mentor and grow engineers; foster high-performance team culture

Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years software development in Python, C/C++, Java, or JavaScript
- 5+ years experience in at least one ML domain
- Proven track record shipping software and leading engineering teams
- End-to-end product development experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
