Key Responsibilities
- Define and own company-wide AI strategy across game development, player experience, and business operations
- Build and lead AI/ML teams and infrastructure from a relatively early foundation
- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to embed AI into game loops, monetization, and personalization
- Evaluate and implement generative AI tooling to accelerate game content creation and development velocity
- Communicate AI vision and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders
