Key Responsibilities
- Architect multi-agent orchestration systems (serial + parallel) using LangGraph, MCP, and PydanticAI for compliance workflows
- Build Graph RAG pipelines across filings, entities, and historical disclosures
- Develop RL/RLHF frameworks to reduce hallucination and optimize accuracy in high-stakes legal outputs
- Design domain-specific prompting, chain-of-thought templates, and decision DAGs with legal/domain experts
- Integrate AI systems with ERP, Microsoft 365, and equity management platforms as a unified source of truth
Requirements
- 5+ years in ML/AI with hands-on RLHF, RAG, and prompt engineering experience
- Experience building or scaling multi-agent or graph reasoning systems
- Strong Python skills across LLM frameworks, orchestration, and cloud pipelines
- Practical experience with LangGraph, PydanticAI, or equivalent custom orchestration frameworks
- Bias toward speed, ownership, and shipping — 0-to-1 builder mentality
