Key Responsibilities
- Partner with CIOs and PMs to translate investment challenges into scalable ML and analytics solutions
- Build and productionalize alpha signals, risk models, optimization engines, and liquidity analytics
- Design and implement a cloud-enabled data science platform including feature stores, MLOps, and deployment pipelines
- Embed analytics into portfolio construction, trading, and risk platforms (Aladdin, Axioma, WSO)
- Extend AI capabilities across Risk, Finance, Operations, and Distribution in alignment with ITS strategy
- Represent ITS Data Science in enterprise AI governance and model risk forums
Requirements
- Deep expertise in machine learning, quantitative modeling, and production ML systems
- Experience in investment management or financial services with front-office exposure
- Proven ability to design and scale MLOps and data science platforms in cloud environments
- Ability to bridge technical teams and senior investment stakeholders (CIOs, PMs)
- Familiarity with investment risk and portfolio systems (e.g., Aladdin, Axioma)
