Key Responsibilities
- Define and scale the enterprise AI Operations practice including operating model, standards, and governance framework
- Own production reliability of LLM and agentic systems including SLAs/SLOs, incident management, and escalation paths
- Implement observability and monitoring across AI workloads (latency, drift, behavior, failures, cost)
- Build controls for agent behavior, model usage, and operational risk management
- Lead operational reviews and executive reporting on system health, performance, and risk trends
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across all production AI systems
Requirements
- Proven experience operating LLM or agentic AI systems in production at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in AI observability, monitoring, and incident management
- Ability to establish governance frameworks and production readiness standards for AI
