Key responsibilities
- Serve as firm-wide AI SME and executive-level client advisor for all AI engagements
- Design and own enterprise AI architectures including ML systems, LLMs, and agentic frameworks
- Build and lead a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) capability embedding AI engineers within client environments
- Own end-to-end AI delivery from concept through production deployment and value realization
- Drive AI-linked business development, contributing directly to revenue growth
- Establish delivery governance frameworks, playbooks, and reusable assets to scale the AI practice
- Lead and grow a high-performing AI organization, attracting and developing AI talent
Requirements
- Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions in production
- Experience with LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and modern AI architecture patterns
- Executive-level client communication and consulting delivery experience
- People leadership — ability to hire, manage, and scale an AI team
- Comfort operating in a billable, revenue-accountable consulting environment
