Key responsibilities
- Translate investment challenges into scalable ML/analytics solutions in partnership with front-office investment teams
- Develop and productionalize alpha signals, risk models, optimization engines, liquidity analytics, and scenario modelling
- Design and implement cloud-enabled data science platform including feature stores, MLOps, and deployment pipelines into investment systems (Aladdin, Axioma, WSO)
- Extend AI capabilities across Risk, Finance, Operations, and Distribution aligned to ITS priorities
- Represent data science in enterprise AI governance and model risk management forums
Requirements
- Deep expertise in machine learning, quantitative analytics, and investment-domain data science
- Experience deploying production ML/MLOps platforms in financial services or investment management
- Familiarity with investment platforms such as Aladdin, Axioma, or Wall Street Office
- Demonstrated ability to partner with front-office investment teams (PMs, CIOs, Research)
- Leadership experience building and scaling cross-functional, globally distributed data science teams
