Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale the advanced AI engineering function, setting technical direction for AI/ML systems in production
- Drive delivery of high-impact AI initiatives across banking products, risk, and operations
- Partner with data science, product, and business leadership to translate AI strategy into engineering reality
- Establish engineering standards, tooling, and best practices for responsible AI at scale
- Attract, develop, and retain top AI engineering talent within a regulated enterprise environment
Requirements
- Deep hands-on and leadership experience in AI/ML engineering, including LLMs, deep learning, or advanced ML systems
- Proven track record leading engineering teams delivering AI to production at scale
- Experience operating in or working with regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior/executive level
