- Hire, mentor, and develop ML engineers and applied scientists
Requirements
- Proven leadership of mid-to-large ML/AI engineering teams (10+ people)
- Track record shipping AI/ML features to production at scale
- Experience in or strong familiarity with financial services or regulated industries
