BBH's Capital Partners division needs a senior operator to own end-to-end AI transformation — moving from pilots to scaled, measurable business outcomes across workflows, data infrastructure, and organizational capability.
Reports to
Head of Strategy, Finance and Operations (Capital Partners)
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously refine CP AI strategy and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by business impact and scalability
- Define program goals, milestones, resourcing, and budget with clear accountability for value delivery
- Establish operating model and governance framework to scale AI beyond pilots into repeatable outcomes
- Drive early adoption and productivity gains by embedding AI into core workflows and decision-making
- Measure and report AI program progress to senior leadership; serve as strategic advisor on prioritization and investment
- Align AI priorities across business, technology, risk, and support functions to accelerate enterprise value
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale AI or digital transformation programs in financial services
- Ability to own and manage budgets and internal resources for enterprise technology programs
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology functions
- Experience developing AI strategy and roadmaps with measurable business outcomes
