Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the Generative AI strategy for production applications across N26
- Lead and grow a team building GenAI workflows, agents, and agentic systems for internal automation and customer-facing innovation
- Bridge technical AI delivery with business outcomes at enterprise scale
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations to embed AI into core services
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing data science or AI teams in production environments
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, agents, and agentic system design
- Track record of taking GenAI solutions from research/prototype to scalable production
