Head of AI / VP of AI Practice

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute 12–24 month NA AI practice strategy and capability roadmap across GenAI, Agentic AI, MLOps, and AI governance
• Own pipeline and bookings targets for AI services across U.S. and Canada; partner with sales, alliances, and marketing
• Build and manage AI delivery team including talent acquisition, utilization targets, and performance
• Develop packaged offerings, POC-to-production playbooks, and industry-specific AI solutions (banking, retail, healthcare, telecom, public sector)
• Represent Atos externally through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and customer success storytelling

Requirements

• Proven P&L ownership of an AI or technology practice at a services/consulting firm
• Deep expertise across GenAI, applied ML, MLOps, and AI platforms
• Track record of growing revenue and bookings in a go-to-market capacity
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery and solution leadership teams
• Executive presence for client-facing solutioning and proposal narratives
