Key responsibilities
- Define and own the AI product architecture, technical roadmap, and system design standards
- Design end-to-end AI data pipelines including document ingestion, entity resolution, and schema normalization for geoscience data
- Build and enhance RAG systems, LLM-powered agents, and AI-assisted research tools
- Lead development of AI-native applications with tool-calling, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms
- Prototype core systems to validate feasibility and drive transition from experimental to production-grade AI
Requirements
- Strong ML engineering or MLOps engineering background with production systems experience
- Proven track record building complex AI systems from 0 to 1
- Hands-on ability to write production-quality code and functional prototypes independently
- Practical experience with LLM application architectures: RAG, agents, tool calling, workflows
