Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's data and AI strategy across the investment API platform
- Build and lead data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML functions
- Partner with product and engineering to embed data-driven decision-making and AI capabilities into core products
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance in a regulated financial services environment
- Drive AI-powered features for investment and retirement planning use cases
Requirements
- Proven leadership in data and/or AI at a fintech or financial services company
- Experience building or scaling data platforms and ML/AI systems in production
- Ability to operate in a regulated (BaFin or equivalent) financial environment
