Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy aligned to corporate direction
- Manage full AI initiative lifecycle from PoC through production, including Responsible AI governance
- Build high-quality, domain-specific data products and a consistent executive dashboard portfolio
- Establish enablement structures including Centers of Excellence, communities, and training programs
- Drive data and AI-led transformation across the Eppendorf Group within Global IT
Requirements
- Proven experience anchoring Data & AI capabilities in large organizations including organizational development
- Hands-on experience managing AI initiatives end-to-end (PoC to production)
- Experience building CoE structures, communities, and training/enablement programs
- Project, portfolio, and activity management expertise in a global IT context
