Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and govern technical strategy for enterprise advanced analytics and AI
- Champion the Data Science & AI Center of Excellence and mentor data scientists, data engineers, and AI engineers
- Oversee full lifecycle of data and AI products including internal builds and third-party AI solution adoption
- Foster deep partnerships with business domains to identify opportunities and deliver value-driving AI solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., pharma/GxP context)
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI engineering
- Proven experience leading and scaling data/AI teams in enterprise environments
- Ability to govern and architect scalable AI/analytics platforms and standards
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance relevant to AI in pharma or life sciences
