Key responsibilities
- Own ML roadmap and execute development of intelligence features across the Hightouch platform
- Lead and grow the ML engineering team, including hiring and candidate evaluation
- Build AI-driven systems for customer segmentation, content personalization, and send-time optimization
- Maintain high technical bar while making pragmatic product tradeoffs
- Drive reliability and pace of execution across the ML team
Requirements
- Proven engineering leadership experience (people management + technical depth)
- Hands-on ML expertise with production ML systems at scale
- Experience building ML products, not just research or experimentation
- Track record of recruiting and growing high-impact engineering teams
