Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AI platform strategy, architecture, and delivery for Novartis India operations
- Drive adoption of ML/GenAI capabilities across R&D, commercial, and enterprise functions
- Lead engineering teams building scalable AI infrastructure, MLOps, and data pipelines
- Partner with global AI and technology leadership to align India hub roadmap with enterprise priorities
- Govern platform standards, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
Requirements
- Deep experience in designing and scaling enterprise AI/ML platforms
- Proven track record leading large technical teams in a global matrixed organization
- Expertise in MLOps, cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and GenAI tooling
