Key responsibilities
- Define and manage AI platform strategy for one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures
- Drive digitalization and AI adoption initiatives on behalf of the Bundeswehr as primary IT partner
- Oversee delivery and operation of stable, secure AI platform services across domestic and international deployments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align AI platform capabilities with defense operational requirements
- Contribute to Germany's national digital sovereignty and Bundeswehr operational readiness through AI enablement
Requirements
- Deep expertise in AI platform architecture and management at enterprise scale
- Experience in complex, regulated or public-sector IT environments
- Ability to operate in security-sensitive contexts (German defense ecosystem likely requires security clearance)
- Strong stakeholder management across large, distributed organizations
