- Define and drive enterprise AI strategy across OKX's products, operations, and business units
- Lead AI transformation initiatives, aligning AI roadmap with business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite and cross-functional leaders to prioritize and govern AI investments
- Build internal AI capability, frameworks, and governance structures
- Track AI industry trends and identify competitive opportunities in crypto/Web3 context
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI strategy or digital transformation at scale
- Deep understanding of applied AI/ML in financial services, fintech, or crypto contexts
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of translating AI vision into measurable business outcomes
