- Define and execute Data & AI engineering strategy aligned with product roadmap

- Drive AI/ML platform development and integration into Duck Creek's insurance SaaS products
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, CTO, and business stakeholders on AI initiatives
- Establish data infrastructure, governance, and scalable ML pipelines
Requirements
- Proven VP or Director-level engineering leadership experience
- Deep expertise in data engineering, ML/AI platform development, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience scaling AI teams and delivering production AI/ML systems
