VP, Data Strategy & AI Solutions

Key responsibilities

• Define and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable AI and data strategy plans
• Partner cross-functionally with compliance, legal, government relations, technology, and cybersecurity on AI/data initiatives
• Develop product and business requirements for engineering teams and validate delivered software
• Test LLM and agent outputs for accuracy; design 'LLM as judge' evaluation frameworks
• Use LLMs and agents to create data artifacts and advance Agent Native data strategy
• Promote data culture and best practices across the organization

Requirements

• 6+ years in finance, operations, data, or technology at a leading financial institution or equivalently complex organization
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, and agentic frameworks in a professional context
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a large matrixed organization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level analysis and communication
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Technology, or related field
