Key responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise AI platform strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap
- Lead engineering teams to build and operate scalable, reusable AI platform capabilities
- Establish AI governance guardrails ensuring responsible, secure, and ethical AI use
- Partner with business and technology leaders to bridge business challenges with AI solutions
- Drive AI workforce fluency frameworks and upskilling initiatives across the enterprise
- Manage vendor relationships, technology decisions, and platform budgets
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI/ML platform strategy and engineering teams at enterprise scale
- Deep technical fluency in AI/ML architecture, tooling, and modern AI services
- Track record of governing AI technology decisions and establishing enterprise standards
- Experience advising senior executives on AI readiness and application
- Strong budget management and cross-functional stakeholder leadership skills
