Key responsibilities
- Define and execute consumer AI strategy aligned with enterprise business objectives across Carnival's cruise brands
- Build and scale the AI function including org design, hiring, team development, and operating rhythms
- Own the AI product and capability roadmap from concept through deployment and adoption
- Lead AI governance framework development including usage policies, risk controls, and responsible AI practices
- Serve as executive AI advisor and communicator to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- 10+ years in technology or digital product roles with 5+ years in AI or machine learning
- Proven experience building or scaling new AI functions, COEs, or enterprise capabilities
- Experience delivering consumer-facing AI solutions in regulated, customer-centric environments
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, governance, and responsible AI
- Demonstrated leadership of technical and cross-functional teams
