VP of AI Systems / Head of AI Operations

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy internal AI tools, data pipelines, and workflows used daily across sales, ops, and product
• Identify and eliminate manual/repetitive workflows by implementing scalable AI-driven automation
• Build BizOps automation for customer onboarding and implementation tasks
• Create sales knowledge transfer systems, data aggregation infrastructure, and lifecycle playbooks
• Build and own the company's canonical data source of truth across all data systems
• Develop product tracking systems for customer requests, feature demand, and roadmap prioritization

Requirements

• Highly technical — able to design, prototype, and ship systems end-to-end without delegation
• Demonstrated experience building AI workflows and internal tooling in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution
