Key responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise-wide AI strategy across Employ's suite of HR/ATS products
- Lead development and deployment of AI/ML features including candidate matching, automation, and predictive analytics
- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to embed AI capabilities into the platform roadmap
- Build and manage a high-performing AI/ML team
- Ensure responsible AI governance, compliance, and ethical use of data
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience building and deploying AI/ML systems at scale
- Strong background in applied machine learning, NLP, or generative AI in a product context
