Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery across game and platform teams
- Define and execute AI/ML strategy including tooling, experimentation, and integration into game products
- Lead and grow engineering organization, including hiring, team structure, and engineering culture
- Partner with product and game design leadership to align technical roadmap with business goals
- Drive adoption of AI tools for developer productivity, player experience, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven VP or Director of Engineering leadership experience at a games or consumer tech company
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into production software products
- Track record of building and scaling engineering teams
