The rules of the road for using caio.pro, how we handle data, and how to reach us.
By accessing caio.pro ("the Site"), you agree to the following terms.
caio.pro is an index and discovery service. We aggregate publicly available job listing metadata (job title, company name, location, posting date) from third-party job boards and provide AI-generated summaries and analysis. We do not host, reproduce, or claim ownership of any third-party job postings. All job listings link directly to their original source.
Job titles, company names, and locations are factual information not subject to copyright protection (Feist Publications v. Rural Telephone Service Co., 499 U.S. 340). AI-generated summaries on this site are original works produced by caio.pro and do not reproduce verbatim text from source postings. Raw descriptions from scraped third-party listings are processed transiently for AI analysis and are not stored or displayed. (Paid featured listings, which you author and submit yourself, are handled differently — see section 6.)
Job listings are provided for informational purposes only. caio.pro makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Always verify listings directly with the employer or source platform before applying.
caio.pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
You may not use this site to scrape, harvest, or systematically download its content. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.
Featured (sponsored) listings are sold as a one-time 30-day placement that is bumped to the top of the promoted block when it goes live, and include inclusion in the first weekly newsletter sent after the listing goes live. Promoted listings rotate in position as other advertisers pay to feature; a placement keeps its "Featured" highlight for the full 30 days regardless of position, and the advertiser may re-purchase a bump to return to the top at any time. Unlike scraped listings, a featured listing's content is authored and submitted by you: by submitting, you confirm you are authorised to post the role and that its details are accurate, and you grant caio.pro the right to store and display that content for the placement period. caio.pro reviews submissions as a light-touch spam filter only and reserves the right to decline or remove listings that are fraudulent, unlawful, or clearly not genuine roles. Refunds for declined or removed listings are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Featured listings are purchased in a business capacity — to advertise a role on behalf of an employer or recruiting organisation — and are not a consumer purchase. Payment triggers immediate performance: your listing is reviewed and, once approved, published right away, before any statutory cooling-off period would run.
Once a featured listing has gone live, the purchase is final. No refund, credit, or cancellation is available for the remainder of the 30-day term for any reason arising after go-live — including the role being filled or closed early, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with results. caio.pro does not guarantee applicants, views, or a hire; it sells a placement, which is delivered in full once the listing is live. The sole refund path is Section 6 above: a listing caio.pro declines or removes before or shortly after go-live, refunded in full to the original payment method.
If, notwithstanding the above, you are purchasing as a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal under EU, UK, or equivalent distance-selling law: by choosing immediate publication at checkout, you expressly request that performance begin immediately and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal in full once the featured placement has been fully performed (i.e., once the 30-day term has run). This mirrors Article 16(a) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent provision of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Art. 38(1)).
caio.pro does not require registration or login. We do not collect personal data from visitors. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes. We count anonymous, aggregate page views to understand overall traffic — no personal identifiers are stored.
If you subscribe to the weekly newsletter, we store the email address you provide solely to send you that newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, which removes your address from our list.
If you use the optional job feedback buttons, we record your rating anonymously (no personal identifiers are stored). Feedback is used solely to improve AI analysis quality.
This site links to third-party job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Payments for featured listings are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising networks. EU residents have the right to request deletion of any data we may hold about them by contacting us at the address below.
