Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the company-wide AI product roadmap covering ML and GenAI use cases
- Manage and develop a team of 2-3 AI Product Managers with a culture of experimentation and rigor
- Partner with Data Science and Machine Learning teams to translate research into real-world banking products
- Deliver AI use cases spanning financial crime detection, operational efficiency, and customer-facing intelligence
- Drive scalability and operational excellence as N26 enters a new phase of product maturity
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of product management experience with significant focus on AI, ML, or data-driven products
- Proven ability to manage and develop AI/ML product managers
- Experience shipping ML or GenAI products in a complex, regulated, or high-stakes environment
- Ability to operate at the intersection of technical teams (Data Science, ML) and business/product stakeholders
