Requirements
- Hands-on coding ability in AI/ML engineering — able to write and review production AI code
- Deep experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and agentic workflow design
- Proven track record leading technical teams deploying enterprise-grade GenAI solutions
- Strong stakeholder communication skills to bridge technical and executive audiences
- Ability to be based in or relocate to Abu Dhabi
