Key responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on critical code and de-risk complex AI implementation projects as an IC
- Lead and mentor teams of Applied AI Engineers on GenAI deployments across industries
- Own technical pre-sales conversations, translating enterprise requirements into actionable Mistral-based solutions
- Design and oversee complex AI systems including fine-tuning, RAG, agentic workflows, and custom LLM applications
- Drive AI innovation by evaluating emerging tools, methodologies, and best practices for inference and deployment
- Integrate customer feedback into product roadmap by collaborating closely with research, product, and engineering teams
Requirements
- Deep hands-on engineering capability in LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic system design
- Experience leading technical teams and providing mentorship
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI/GenAI solutions for enterprise customers
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to operate across pre-sales through post-implementation lifecycle
