Key responsibilities
- Define and execute OKX's AI strategy across product, trading, risk, and operations
- Build and lead a high-performance AI/ML engineering and research team
- Drive AI-powered product features including personalization, fraud detection, and market intelligence
- Partner with C-suite and product leadership to integrate AI into core business decisions
- Establish AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI frameworks
Requirements
- Deep expertise in applied AI/ML at scale in fintech, crypto, or adjacent high-stakes domains
- Proven track record leading AI teams at senior leadership level
- Experience deploying production ML systems including NLP, recommendation, or predictive models
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization
